Student Marine Conservation Workshop at Jim Neville
Sunday, April 6, 2025 @ 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thank you for your interest! This event is now closed, but don’t worry—we host trips every month. Catch us at our next event and join the adventure!
We’re excited to have you students, the future of marine conservation, join us for a fun and educational trip at Jim Neville Marine Preserve! If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to sign you up for the event—but why not invite them to join in too? It’s a great way to spend time together while making a difference. We’d love to have you both be part of the experience!
This adventure is all about enjoying the water while diving into the fascinating world of coastal ecosystems. You’ll explore vibrant aquatic life and learn how outside pollutants impact these precious environments. Plus, you’ll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and take part in hands-on community service projects that make a real difference for the entire island ecosystem. Our efforts to restore 5 acres of vital native habitat—supporting local wildlife—need your help to get back on track. This hands-on restoration project is a fantastic way to make a tangible impact on the environment while soaking in the natural beauty of the preserve.
