As with any worthwhile endeavor, a vision, persistence, hard work and funding are essential elements for success. Over the years wealthy families and individuals have moved to Sarasota from all over the world to retire, build vacation homes and start businesses, and realistically, this would probably not have happened without the Bay. This is why it is imperative that anyone with a financial interest in Sarasota support all organizations that have the well being of the Bay at heart, by donating in any way possible.
